This course will provide participants a detailed understanding of the major issues involved in project management. Participants will learn that project management is an enabler that facilitates the projects success, provision of tools, and the use of techniques in projects management in accordance with PMI-PMBOK® Guide, 5th edition.

Project Management Workshop:
In this Workshop, attendees will be requested to form groups each one consists of 5-6 members. Each member will have a very distinct role in the group (e.g. project manager, team members). Each group will give a very short presentation on the project they are aiming to work on (e.g. two or three slides power point presentation).
